Mireya Mojica Hernández

Mireya Mojica Hernández

Law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), postgraduate course in Foreign Trade Law from the same university. She studied at the Stendhal University in Grenoble, France and at the UNAM Campus Chicago; as well as professional practices in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has experience in the private sector in matters of International Trade Law. She currently works at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), in the area of International Relations and is a student of the Master of Laws at Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Julio Trejo Hebrero

Lawyer by the Tecnológico de Monterrey with public and private experience. Julio specializes in the structuring of credit and treasury operations, in the analysis and legal advice of operations of the Mexican development banking, and in the management of banking decision-making bodies.

He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws at the School of Government and Public Transformation of the Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Regulator of Securities Markets, Fintech and Sustainable Finance

Alba is a lawyer with 15 years of experience in the public sector focused on the financial system, specialist in sustainable finance, stock market regulation, the Fintech sector and financial inclusion.
She has a Law degree, with a Specialization in Financial Law and a Master’s Degree in Law. She has started the Doctorate in Public Policy. She has been a teacher for more than 10 years, and has published articles on Fintech Law and the stock market.

Héctor Ariel Cabello Juárez

Héctor Ariel Cabello Juárez has a bachelor’s degree in law from the Tecnológico de Monterrey. On the last years he has worked on projects related to public transformation and social incidence with nonprofit organizations. In addition, he has also worked providing legal advice to multinational companies on labor and immigration matters. Nowadays, he is studying for a Master’s degree in laws from the Tecnológico de Monterrey’s School of Government and Public Transformation, and collaborating with Legaltec Lab.

Jesús Gerardo Guzmán González

Jesús Gerardo Guzmán González has an Accounting and Finance Degree from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, a Law Degree from the Universidad Regiomontana and currently in the Strategic Foresight Master’s Degree from the Tecnológico de Monterrey School of Government.
With 15 years of professional experience advising multinational and local companies on legal and tax matters, including the implementation of technology across those areas.
